Return Policy

At Polki and Peridot, we are committed to providing you with high-quality jewellery

Each of the product is handcrafted and made in small batches to ensure detailing and quality standards. This also often means that there may be some differences in the stone colors, sizes and therefore the overall appearance of the piece. 

We would hope that these Polki & Peridot pieces become your cherished jewels for years to come. However, in case you would wish to return or exchange these, we will do our best to assist you with the same.


Cancellation or Return
Time Frame : Please notify within 24 hours of placing order for cancellation. For returns, notify within 2 days from date of receipt.

Condition : Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear or have been altered.

Exclusions: Custom-made or personalised items, are not eligible for return.


How to Initiate a Return
1.  Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at hello@polkiandperidot.com with your order number. Please add images if relevant to your situation.
2.  Shipping: Once we respond back to your email, a return pickup will be organised from our side. The item should be returned in its original condition with secure packaging.


Refund Process
  Once we receive your returned item, the pieces will be inspected by us, and if it meets our quality guidelines and found in its original condition, we shall initiate a refund.
  In case the above return and quality guidelines are not met; we will unfortunately be unable to approve the return.
  If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days

  Please note that handling and logistics costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges
 If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, please initiate the return process at hello@polkiandperidot.com
